Hmedicine ships using a variety of carriers for domestic orders, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. A $10 charge is added for UPS Saturday Delivery, in addition to normal UPS Fees.

Non-ground orders (Express Mail/UPS Next Day/UPS 2nd Day/UPS 3 Day Select) to be shipped on the current business day must be in by 12:00 PM EDT. Orders made after 12:00PM EDT USPS Priority Mail is not guaranteed to be delivered on a particular day. Express Mail is guaranteed overnight for most addresses, but some zip codes may have second day service due to U.S. Postal Service limitations. UPS Ground is guaranteed to be delivered on a specific day by distance for commercial addresses only. Please see www.ups.com for details.

We are excited to offer global service for your homeopathic needs. The most economical choice for international customers is to ship via USPS Airmail Parcel Post. This is usually delivered to the country within 4-10 business days at which point the local carrier will distribute the package to your home or business.

Attention customers from Canada, France, and Germany:

We no longer offer service via UPS Canada due to a $50 brokerage fee. Several packages have been held by Canadian customs indefinitely. Larger cities and eastern canada have a 90% delivery rate whereas other areas are somewhat lower. Therefore, service to Canada is at your own risk.

French and German customs will no longer accept homeopathic products shipped from the United States and therefore we no longer offer service to France and Germany.

Shipment contracts apply to all shipped orders. All risk of loss and title are assumed by the customer when we discharge orders to the shipping carrier.
